14-day returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it if you change your mind. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Message us by WhatsApp or email and we will explain how to send it back.
Warranty
All products have a 6-month warranty against factory defects. If something does not work, send us a photo or video of the problem and we will replace it or refund you.
Wrong or damaged items
If you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will cover the cost of the solution.
